Maintenance Issue/ Handy man
All Maintenance issues must be brought to the attention of the Building Management who will take the necessary action.
A Maintenance Request must be emailed or a form filled in and signed by the Owner or authorized Real Estate Agent of the respective apartment. The maintenance request will be forwarded to the onsite technician by the staff.
Liaison with Home Vendors
Facilitation of services to manage your property- meeting tradespeople on your behalf, arrange contractor’s, maintenance, service.
Mail Delivery
All day-to-day deliveries including grocery delivered at Avani Reception via the 40 Kitchener street entrance. Building Management is happy to deliver your items up to your door upon request.
Nz Post delivers mails on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday usually by mid-day. The mailroom is adjacent to the lifts on the level 3 lobby and only accessible with your access card.
Printing and Scanning
Printing and scanning can be organised at the Resident’s Reception. Printing can be sent via email. Charges may apply.
